"Over the past two years, Wiener Sukzession has been working intensively from artistic, scientific and participatory perspectives on the awakening of urban soils. It celebrates not only the open floor, but above all the moment of opening up, the contact with the cloth and the very concrete confrontation with the material that surrounds us all - asphalt.
This creates new perspectives on floor coverings, their possibilities and limitations. The broken up material was processed in a variety of ways. At the same time, new insights were gained into the management of asphalt and concrete as public goods and their potential for appropriation.
We want to look back and look forward. We want to review all the materials and experiences we have collected and talk to you about what we are taking with us and where we are going.
