Plastered with concrete or full of green ? Inviting or exclusionary? Communal or isolated? What will the Grätzl of the future look like? One thing is certain: it should be designed by all of us together!
The Action for Sustainable Future (ASF) hub and the Grätzl-VHS in the 15th district are organizing a rally for idea to shape the future together as part of the urbanize! festival 2022. The key projects of the ASF hub at the interface of science, art and society will design different stations to present themselves and their concerns. There you can solve concrete tasks to acquire different building materials for the Grätzl of the future. At the last station, you can turn them into a small artworks that represents an idea or a concrete wish for the Grätzl of the future!
The various stations encourage you to perceive your surroundings from a different angle, to take on new perspectives and to try out new ways of seeing things. The jointly designed artworks will be presented in the European Public Sphere after the idea rally and exhibited for some time in the Grätzl-VHS in the 15th district.
